Haunted House?

I'm looking for a place in the east bay (california) to host a haunt in. My idea is to do a corrupted carousel, in which the carousel animals are all skeletal. The surrounding scenery would be an abandonded amusement park. I usually build/design everything myself as far as sets and costumes go, but would welcome volunteers to help.

So, thoughts?

    Oh, that sounds like a very cool idea! I wish it was going to be in the Sacramento area, though. I don't live in the Bay Area anymore.
